We must receive 30% down to confirm the reservation.
The balance is due 30 days proir to check-in.
NO personal checks less than two weeks prior to check-in. Money
order, cashiers check.
Security deposits are required. They vary according to length
of stay and they range from $200.00 to $500.00.
An additional 10% motel tax will be added. 60 day cancellation
required.
Cleaning fee of $65.00.
Smoking is NOT allowed in our home
Check-in time 4:00 PM
Check-out time 11:00 AM
You are expected to leave the house in good order. Empty the dishwasher
& clean the kitchen. Wash, dry and put away your sheets and towels
that you have used. You may leave one load in the dryer. The cleaning
people do not have time to do all of the laundry.
