How about the dog: Dogs are permitted, that is if they can pass a lie detector that proves that they will not pee on our new carpet. If your dog might not pass the test a kennel is available.

Finally, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED and will result in loss of deposit, if you can't pass the lie detector as well.
